What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all girdles are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully read each product description and review the sizing information, including how each style runs, to ensure accurate sizing before placing an online order. Selecting the correct size is the customer’s responsibility.

Are any purchases final sale?
All purchases are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please

When will I get my order?
Orders are shipped the next business day after purchase. Orders
placed on weekends will ship on the next business day. Once shipped, you
will receive a tracking number to follow your order with UPS.
Please note that once the package is in the carrier’s possession,
delivery is outside of our control. We are not responsible for lost or
stolen packages and do not issue refunds for these situations. If an
issue occurs, the customer must contact the carrier directly. However,
we will do our best to assist in working with the carrier to help
recover your order.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are sourced directly from the manufacturer. We are
certified and authorized vendors, selling only authentic products in
their original packaging. All inventory is obtained straight from the
company through our certified vendor location in the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
